LOOK: House leaders inaugurate Alagang Tingog center in QC
An "Alagang Tingog" social welfare service center was opened last Thursday, March 23 in Barangay Kamuning, Quezon City.
Attending the inauguration were House Deputy Majority Leader and Tingog Party-list Rep. Jude Acidre and Quezon City 4th district Rep. Marvin Rillo. The two congressmen led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting for the center.
The Alagang Tingog center will facilitate constituent requests for medical assistance and other social welfare services.
Rillo, in a Facebook post, thanked House Committee on Accounts Chairperson and Tingog Party-list Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez and House Speaker Martin Romualdez for choosing his district as the location for the new center.
"Asahan niyo ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo mula sa Team Panalo at sa Tingog Party-list (You can expect continuous service from Team Panalo and Tingog Party-list)," the Quezon City solon wrote.
Rillo is a vice chairman of the House Committee on Metro Manila Development.
