Businessman shot dead in Ilocos Sur

CAMP PRESIDENT QUIRINO, Ilocos Sur – A 54-year-old businessman was gunned down in broad daylight in Barangay Bayubay Sur, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur on Thursday, March 23.    Police identified the victim as  Agustin Pajarillo of Barangay Mira, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.   Investigation said Pajarillo was driving his motorcycle when he was shot by men onboard a motorcycle.   Pajarillo was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.
