Pasay Mayor Emi rates 90% in RPMD job performance rating

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano received a 90 percent rating in the overall performance assessment conducted by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) of mayors in the National Capital Region (NCR). Rubiano ranked third among the Metro Manila mayors with a 90 percent approval rating in the recent survey conducted by the RPMD “Boses ng Bayan-NCR" survey from February to March 2023. The RPMD conducted a survey answered by 10,000 respondents, aged 18 to 70 years old. They were asked whether they approve or disapprove of the services offered by their mayors and their ratings on their mayors' leadership performance.  Each mayor was assessed by their constituents and ranked based on the ratings they received. The mayor was very thankful to the trust given to her by the city residents. Rubiano’s brother and the city’s lone congressman, Representative Antonino Calixto, got an 84.3 percent approval rating.
