Bulacan police arrest 12 suspects, seize P50,000 illegal drugs, firearms in anti-crime ops
Bulacan police seized over P50,000 worth of illegal drugs and firearms in a series of anti-criminality operations in the province on Wednesday, March 22.
Reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, stated that a drug sting in Barangay Anyatam, San Ildefonso, Bulacan resulted in the arrest of Wilfredo Galang and Ryan Romualdo alias "Doddie".
The operation led to the recovery of 10 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P31,960 and the marked money. In addition, alias "Doddie" was found in possession of an improvised shotgun with bullets.
In Barangay Maasim, San Ildefonso, another drug suspect, Arnold de Guzman, was apprehended after a drug trade with operatives.
The authorities seized from the suspect 10 sachets of suspected shabu worth around P24,480, and the marked money.
Moreover, the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEUs) of the City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM), Angat, and Malolos City Police arrested four drug peddlers in anti-drug operations.
Authorities recovered from them four sachets of suspected dried marijuana, seven sachets of suspected shabu, and the marked money.
Meanwhile, tracker teams of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), CSJDM, Baliwag, Sta. Maria and Marilao Police arrested five felons wanted for various crimes and violations.
