March 20, from DOH officer-in-charge Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, NNC Executive Director Azucena Dayanghirang, and Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairman Karlo Nograles.

Quiñon was joined by members of the Iloilo Provincial Nutrition Council led by Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. and NNC-6 Regional
Coordinator Regie Guillen.

Nutrition programs across the 42 towns and the component city of Passi have drastically improved under her leadership as provincial
health officer.

Under the leadership of Quiñon, Iloilo was the only recipient of the NNC Green Banner Seal of Compliance among the six provinces of Western Visayas in 2022.

Quiñon was also awarded twice as the Outstanding Provincial Nutrition Action Officer on the regional level.
