Trina 'Hopia' Legaspi now a mommy

Former child star Trina Legaspi, also known as Hopia, recently gave birth to her first child with husband Ryan Jarina. On Instagram, the actress introduced to the public her daughter by writing: "Last week at 5:09 pm, our lives changed forever! (face holding back tears emoji)." The 28-year-old said she went through eight hours of labor and an hour of pushing. "Thank you Lord for giving me the strength!!," she related, adding, "Welcome to the world, Baby Kaela!" "Parang nag-slow mo â€˜nung narinig ko na iyak niya, sobrang surreal, â€˜di ko mapigilan umiyak. (loudly crying face emoji)," the first-time mom went on. "You are worth all the pain our baby girl. Daddy and I love you so much! (face blowing a kiss)." Trina thanked those who helped bring her baby girl into the world safely. "Also to our Jarina and Legaspi families for constantly praying for us," she added. "As first time parents, totoo nga po ang sabi nila, 1 week na po kaming walang tulog ni @ryan\_jarina. (smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat emoji)," she ended.

Trina shared her journey to parenthood with fans last year. She and Ryan tied the knot in 2021 after dating for almost seven years.
