A 26-year-old man listed under the police drug watchlist was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Pateros on March 19.
The Pateros police identified the suspect as Archie Babon classified by authorities as a suspected street level individual (SLI), pusher, and user.

Babon was arrested by elements of the Pateros police’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) on Bukohan Street in Barangay Sta. Ana. The police recovered five plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 0.30 grams with a value of P2,040, one .38-caliber revolver loaded with two pieces of ammunition, and two P100 bills used as buy-bust money. He will be charged for violations of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).
