Buy and sell agent yields P7.6-M shabu in Quezon buy-bust

LUCENA CITY, Quezon – A 34-year-old buy and sell agent was arrested and suspected shabu valued at P7.6 million was seized in a buy-bust operation at dawn on Monday, March 20, in Barangay Isabang, this city. Police identified the suspect as Andrian Saludez, a resident of Immaculada Subdivision in Barangay Isabang. He was apprehended by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Provincial Intelligence Unit-Quezon, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 4-A, and Lucena Special Drug Enforcement Unit. Saludez yielded 375 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P7,650,000 in three tied heat-sealed transparent plastic bags and seven plastic sachets. These were turned over to Quezon Provincial Forensic Unit in Camp Nakar here. Suspect who faces drug-related charges was considered a high-value individual and is in the custody of Lucena City police.
