'Mag-regroup kayo': Guanzon declares Sunday 'rest day' for trolls

Sunday came and P3PWD Party-list nominee Rowena Guanzon graciously gave the online trolls a break from her Twitter tirades. Not only that, the outspoken Guanzon was kind enough to announce this "rest day" at around 9 a.m. Sunday, March 19, meaning the so-called "pungalaw trolls" knew early in the day that the former Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner wouldn't engage with them. "Today is Sunday. Mga pulangaw bigyan ko muna kayo 1 day to rest and regroup ,mga troll na patay gutom kayo (Pulangaws, I'll give you one day to rest and regroup, you starved trolls)," she wrote on Twitter. Guanzon, who supported the presidential candidacy of Leni Robredo last year, has been consistently criticizing the administration on issues like the supply shortages on basic commodities, smuggling, and product price hikes that have hurt Filipinos in general. She had no other tweet Sunday as of this posting.
