Singer-actor James Reid has come out to defend actress Issa Pressman from irate fans.
"I’m only gonna say this once. The past rumors about Issa are just that, rumors,” he began.
According to James, he usually never give credence to bashers or get involved in "hate culture," but he feels the need to speak up now.
"Because this is the start of something beautiful. And I’m not gonna let anyone take that from me," James declared.
He ended his statement with a reminder: “All you need to know from me is that I’m the happiest I’ve ever been (heart emoji’).”

Netizens claim these as indirect confirmation that they are indeed an item.
Some online users couldn't help but recall James' past relationship with Nadine Lustre.
Some of them even reposted Bea Alonzo's famous cryptic post: "TIME AS THE ULTIMATE TRUTH TELLER!"
Note that Issa was blamed as the thrid party that caused James and Nadine's controversial split in 2020.
