13 drug suspects nabbed in Laguna

KAMPO HENERAL PACIANO RIZAL, Santa Cruz, Laguna – Police arrested 13 suspected drug personalities in a one-day operation in this province on Friday, March 17. Laguna police director Col. Randy Glenn Silvio said these arrests were the result of an intensified campaign against illegal drugs with the support of the community through the Barangay Intelligence Network (BIN) in the province. Suspects yielded suspected shabu weighing 9.25 and valued at P63,836 and marijuana weighing 0.2 grams with a street value of P400. They are now under the custody of arresting units. Evidence seized from them will be submitted to the Crime Laboratory for forensic examination. Suspects face drug-related charges.
