Why this family KTV is worth the visit

Drag queens Eva Le Queen, Turing, Prince performed for the launch

If there is one thing Filipinos are passionate about, it's singing—and we're quite known for that all over the world. It has become a way to bond for families and friends, an ice breaker even for newly formed friendships in school and at work.

Turtles Family KTV shares the same values of camaraderie, done the singing way. It's founded by a musician and father who enjoy performing. Almost two decades since that decision to put up Turtles KTV, it now has eight branches in Metro Manila.

And because they know that a whole "barangay" can join in on the fun, they have rooms that can accommodate five to as big as 40 people. They also don't scrimp on their equipment, featuring the latest digital KTV systems, high-end sound systems, microphones, and tablets for easy song selections that are up to date. Food and drinks are also very affordable, and meant to be shared.

At the launch of their Kapitolyo, Pasig branch, Drag Queens Prince, Turing, and Eva Le Queen performed for the crowd with Eva La Queen posting on Instagram that it's "always a good time at Turtles KTV." Affordably priced at P80 per hour person, you can book a room with a minimum cover charge of P3,000 for two hours. Best news? They're open from 3 p.m. until 3 a.m.
