MicroSourcing's rapid growth in 2023 will be supported by these two new locations, which will address the clients’ growing need for professional talents. In the next six months, the company will bring in more than 1,800 professionals in healthcare information, engineering, software development, Australian and US accounting, information technology, and other sectors to staff the sites in keeping with the IT-Business Process Management Association of the Philippines' (IBPAP) goal to create 1.1 million new jobs within the next six years, as outlined in their Roadmap 2028.

The 9th floor of Harton Corporate Center in Aseana City, Paranaque, is the home of MicroSourcing's eleventh service delivery center. Occupying 1,355 square meters, it is designed with modern amenities to create a comfortable and enjoyable work environment for more than 270 staff members. With its prime location, this center is accessible by various transportation methods and is a walk away from shopping complexes, retail stores, and eateries. Additionally, MicroSourcing's service delivery center in BGC is located on the 15th floor of the GSC Corporate Tower and covers 1,330 square meters. This site, boasting a breathtaking view of the metro skyline, is slated to house over 240 professionals from the area.

The CEO of MicroSourcing, Haidee Enriquez, along with other company executives and clients, were present for the groundbreaking ceremonies. Enriquez also expressed her gratitude to their clients for their continuing trust in MicroSourcing.

She stressed that the company’s main goal is to provide employment opportunities to more Filipinos and, in a broader sense, to continue to create positive change for the Philippines in general.

“For every single seat that we've put in this location, we provide jobs for not just one person, but for four people,” said Enriquez. “Because every seat that's created in our industry results in three other indirect jobs elsewhere, and in terms of economic impact, we're talking about seven people that are impacted by every seat that goes live here or in any other locations,” Enriquez explained.

Enriquez added that MicroSourcing's aim to have two new delivery sites ready by the end of the first quarter of 2023 is a “bigger, bolder, and better” step forward for the Philippines IT-BPM industry. The strategic move will not only boost employment and income levels, but it will also helpdiversify the economy.

Additionally, the sites will give MicroSourcing a larger footprint in the Philippines, allowing them to better serve their growing base of clients, and offer their services to more prospective customers around the world, reinforcing their reputation as the largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
