Two alleged drug peddlers, including a minor, were arrested by members of the Parañaque Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) during a buy-bust operation on Friday, March 17.

Police identified the suspects as Dannise Lequigan,41, a driver; and "Banson", 17.Â

According to the report submitted to Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Kirby John Brion Kraft, the suspects were arrested at Purok I Silverio Compound in Barangay San Isidro at around 12:05 a.m.

Col. Renato Ocampo, Parañaque City police chief, said that members of the SDEU seized 55 grams of suspected shabu with a market value of P374,000.

Ocampo said the SDEU operatives also confiscated seven pieces of P1,000 bill used as boodle money, a black pouch, and four P100 bills.

The recovered drugs were brought to the SPD Forensic Unit for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
