Trailer truck overturns, causes traffic in Tondo, Manila

A trailer truck overturned along Road 10 in Tondo, Manila on Thursday, March 16, causing early traffic congestion in the area. In a report from DZBB, an officer from the Mobile Patrol Unit of Manila said the vehicular accident happened before 6 a.m. on Thursday, after a truck carrying rolled metal sheets failed to make a U-turn. The officer said the driver was in a hurry to make a U-turn and ignored the weight of his truck's load, causing it to overturn. The driver is reportedly safe. As of 7 a.m., the truck still has not been removed from the road. Full details to follow.
