Naos, which was led by former Team Secret star Riley “Witz” Go along with fellow veterans Deko “Papichulo” Evangelista, Johnty “JA” Arone and rookies Jerome “Mojer” Literal and Noel “NDG” De Guia, only dropped a single map throughout the playoffs and it only came at the hands against their grand finals opponent Naos actually bucked an opening map hiccup where it managed to force an overtime following a slow start to the contest. Oasis Gaming, however, came through in the extra rounds to come away with a 15-13 thriller in Lotus. The opening game loss seemed to have poked the beast inside Naos as, after dropping the first map, went on to win the next three in convincing fashion to bag the crown along with the P600,000 top prize. Naos came out firing in the second map in fracture building an 8-4 lead at the break before shrugging off a late resistance from Oasis to even the series with a 13-10 win in Fracture. Game 3 saw another tight contest in the first half before Naos pulled away after the break with a 6-2 count to move on cusp of the crown with a 13-7 win. It was almost the same story in the fourth map in Ascent as, after a tight 7-5 first half count, Naos went on to dominate after the break with a 6-3 tally to clinch the title. It was a near-perfect run for Naos after also taking down GameLab Alpha in the upper bracket quarters with a 2-0 sweep before dispatching SR Nacague with another 2-0 victory. Naos already faced Oasis in the upper bracket finals, barging into the finale via a 2-0 domination.
