BIR invites taxpayers for online seminars on annual ITR filing

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is inviting taxpayers to attend webinar seminars on income tax return (ITR) amid the looming deadline of its filing on April 17. BIR Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr. said taxpayers may scan QR Codes for their preferred subjects and register prior to scheduled internet conference via Zoom platform. He said details on Zoom link will be provided to the taxpayer's registered e-mail address. Taxpayers who could not be accommodated via Zoom may watch the webinars via Facebook live at the bureau's official Facebook page: [https://www.facebook.com/birgovph](https://www.facebook.com/birgovph). The online seminars are on March 16 at 1 p.m. for ITR filing and payment of taxes for employes earning purely compensation and mixed income,  March 22 at 1 p.m. for self-employed and professionals, and March 29 at 1 p.m. for corporations and partnerships
