Maynilad implements water service interruption in parts of Parañaque

  The Maynilad Water Services Inc. (Maynilad) will implement water service interruption in some parts of Parañaque City on March 14-17 due to the prolonged high raw water turbidity brought on by Amihan winds.   According to the Parañaque Public Information Office (PIO), eight villages in the city will be affected by the water service interruption. These are 201, Don Bosco (Magdalena and Remanville), Marcelo Green (Greenwood, Maharlika Booster, Marcelo, and Marcelo Phase 5, Moss), Merville (Barcelona, Glacier, Hannibal, Main Ave., Merville Village, Molave Park, Rome, South Admiral - Bernabe and South Admiral - Daly Road), Moonwalk (Armstrong Moonbeam, Bolivia, E. Rodriguez Armstrong, Phimra and Rhomvi), San Antonio (Don Aguedo, Hernandez, Jestra, Lakandula, Magdalena, San Gabriel, Sav 1, Sav 9, and Sta Lucia), and San Isidro (Amvel, Green Heights and Sav 1).   The Maynilad announced that water service interruption will be implemented from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on March 14-17. daily.   The villages that will experience water service interruption from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily are Barangays BF Homes, Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, San Antonio, and San Martin de Porres    In Brangay BF Homes the areas affected by the water service interruption are A. Luz, Acsie, Amvel, D. Cabellion, D. Tuazon, Dela Rama, Florence, Gil Puyat, Goodwill 2, Ipil Village, J. Elizalde, Jackielou Ville, Lirag, Mashville, Nicanor Jacinto, Phase 6 BF, Pitong Daan, Presidents Avenue, Sampaloc Subdivision, Tahanan Village, Tehran and Vinzon.   In Don Bosco the affected areas are Aeropark, Annex 1618, Annex 35, Bolivia, Camella Homes Don Bosco, Ceylon, Dona Soledad Extension, France, Levitown, Saudi, Somalia Scienceville Somalia, Un-Don Bosco, and Zambia.   The affected areas in Barangay Marcelo Green are Acsie, Sampaguita,Severina Left, Severina Right, South Green Park, and Wsr-Marcelo.   In Barangay San Antonio the affected areas are  Estate, Amvel Goodwill 2, Goodwill 3, Meliton, Saudi-Somalia, Severina Right and Soreena.  In Barangay San Martin de Porres the areas affected are Makati Southhills-Marian, Tindalo UPS-2 and United Hills Subdivision, UPS 1,2 and 3. The Maynilad advised residents to store enough water for their consumption before the scheduled water service interruption.
