Jane de Leon recalls celebrity exes

In a rare instance, actress Jane de Leon opened up about her love life, particularly her relationship with some celebrities. On the latest vlog of celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, the latter's husband Dr. Hayden Kho asked the 24-year-old actress to share her dating history with "top three actors." “Yung mga nakaka-date ko naman ay naging boyfriend ko. Malayo talaga ang agwat sa akin kasi gusto ko mas matured,” Jane began, before going on to talk about a guy whom she dated when she was just 16 years old. According to her, she met the guy, whom she had an eight-year gap, back when she was attending workshops in ABS-CBN. That time, she wasn't based in Manila yet. "Super mabait talaga siya,” she said about him. “Kahit pinu-push away ko na siya, super grabe, ma-effort talaga. Dun ko nakita ang respect niya kasi sinabi ko kailangan niya munang harapin ang family ko bago ako.” Well, the latter actually met with Jane's father who has since passed. She deemed their relationship as “parang kayo na hindi kayo.” Jane said the relationship lasted almost a year. She related: "Hirap lang kasi bata pa ako. Nandu'n ako sa point na sinabi ko sa kanya, ‘Kahit magtagal tayo, baka mag-break din tayo.’ Pero grabe, sobrang ma-effort, super-bait niya, and na-meet niya pa yung dad ko.” Now they're "good friends." They crossed paths again in 2021. Meanwhile, the Kapamilya star, who whispered the name of the ex to the celebrity doctors, reiterated that she and the said man can work together anytime. As for her second celebrity ex, Hayden feigned surprise,  relating: "Akala ko di siya straight." But Jane assured: "Para sa akin straight siya." The young star has also has nothing but good words for the guy. She related: “Maalaga din naman siya, super talaga, as in lalo na sa health ko, number one.” Jane admitted she did try her best to make the relationship work; she even gave the actor a second chance. But it was not meant to be. As for the third guy, she described him as a recent "partner." They broke up because of her busy schedule relating to "Darna," along with another reason she didn't disclose.
“Wala talagang nakakaalam kahit sa circle of friends ko,” she said about the "newbie" star. “Napaka-supportive, as in super talaga. During ano ito, e, di ba, 'Darna.'” Asked if she had a "traumatic relationship," Jane gave an affirmative answer. “Don’t get me wrong, this guy is super-mabait, pati maalaga," she said, pointing out that she, herself, wasn't a perfect girlfriend as well. “May mga flaws naman ako. Siguro hindi lang kami nag-meet halfway or may mga bagay na hindi lang talaga kami meant.” Prior, Jane talked about her ideal guy, relating she likes a God-fearing, respectful, kind, and transparent man.
