Bodies of 6 people in Isabela Cessna crash flown to Cauayan City


Authorities have transported the cadavers of the pilot and five other people on board the ill-fated Cessna plane that crashed in the forested area of Divilacan, Isabela on Jan. 24.

In a statement, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said the bodies were taken by a Philippine Air Force helicopter from Divilacan town proper and flown to Cauayan City.

The bodies arrived in Cauyan City at 8:38 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14. 

The Cessna 206 (RP-C1174) went missing after taking off the Cauayan City airport on Jan. 24. The wreckage was found on March 9.
