Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s own Lex Talionis Fraternitas, Inc. has denounced the senseless killing of Adamson University student John Matthew Salilig reportedly as part of fraternity hazing.
In a statement, the Lex Talionis Fraternitas Alumni Association, Inc Board of Trustees, chaired by Atty. Alfredo C. Lim, condoned the violent and brutal hazing incident that led to the untimely death of Salilig.
As the Lex Talionis Board members extended their condolences to the bereaved family, they called for the speedy resolution of this case and reiterated their unwavering commitment to the observance of the 2018 Anti-Hazing Law. They vowed, as well, to serve as exemplars of what “true brotherhood” was all about.
