16-year-old tagged as No. 10 most wanted person in Muntinlupa arrested
A 16-year-old male, listed by the police as the No. 10 most wanted person for the first quarter of 2023 in Muntinlupa City, was arrested on Monday, March 13.
The Muntinlupa police said the minor, classified as a child in conflict with the law (CICL), was apprehended at Alabang Viaduct in Barangay Alabang based on a warrant of arrest.

The minor is facing a criminal case for qualified possession of a small arm under Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearm and Ammunition Regulation Act).
The warrant of arrest dated March 6 was issued against the minor by Presiding Judge Philip Acosta Aguinaldo of Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 207. The bail for his provisional liberty was set at P120,000.
The Muntinlupa police turned over the CICL to the Muntinlupa Social Service Department’s Bahay Pag-asa in Barangay Tunasan pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
