‘The Glory’ 2 places No. 1 in 26 countries; enters top 10 in 63 others 


“The Glory,” the revenge Korean drama starring actress Song Hye-kyo, has entered the top 10 most watched titles in 89 countries on Netflix. 

Part 2 of “The Glory” premiered on Netflix on March 10, marking the finale of the Korean drama that has captivated viewers worldwide.

According to streaming analytics website FlixPatrol, “The Glory” is the No. 1 most viewed title on Netflix in 26 countries and territories for two days on March 11 and 12.  

It is No. 1 in the Philippines, Bolivia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, El Salvador, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Vietnam. 

In addition, ‘The Glory” is in the top 10 in 63 countries and territories: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay. 

During the press conference for “The Glory” on March 8, Song Hye-hyo said, “I’m just really grateful that you all loved ‘The Glory’ and thank you for being with us despite your busy schedules.” 

“This was my very first time having this kind of fan event after a drama and Part 2 will be released soon so I hope that all eyes are on Part 2 and that you stay tuned. And I hope you spread word of mouth that it is fun and I hope you stay healthy and all the happiest things happen to you,” she said.
