Fil-am woman shot in front of 2 kids by partner in California

A Filipino-American was shot in front of her two children by her partner in Daly City, California last March 6. In a report from KTVU News, the victim, identified as Frances Kendra Lucero, 27, was in an argument with her partner, Romier Narag, 27, after a family dinner on March 6. Narag then pulled out a 9-millimeter handgun and shot the victim as she ran toward their home, the report said. Narag was immediately arrested and was brought to San Mateo County Jail.Â He has been charged with murder and child endangerment. The suspect is scheduled for a court hearing on March 16.
