2 kids die in Mandaluyong City fire

Two children aged five and eight died in a fire that hit a residential area in Block 37 Extension, Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City Saturday morning, March 11. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said that the fire originated on the 2nd floor of a three-story makeshift house. It started at 7:19 a.m. and was declared fire out at 8:37 a.m. An estimated P150,000 worth of properties were destroyed by the blaze that has left 120 individuals homeless Arson investigators are still determining the cause of the fire.
