Maine Mendoza to 'Eat Bulaga!' contestant: 'Wag nating ipasa sa kanya yung responsibilidad'

TV host Maine Mendoza schooled a contestant on "Eat Bulaga's" "Bawal Judgmental" segment for seemingly passing onto her child the responsibility of lifting their family from poverty. In the March 7 episode of the show, a 24-year-old woman named Incess revealed that she and her partner had their first child when she was 17. They now have five kids. Addressing her seven-year-old, she said: "Ace, sana mag aral ka ng mabuti dahil alam kong ikaw yung makakaahon sa amin sa kahirapan. Ikaw yung may pursigido para gumanda yung buhay natin. At tsaka bata ka pa, kahit bata ka pa may pangarap ka na talaga." Show host Maine Mendoza couldn't help but give her two cents. She told Incess: "Ang bata mo pa Incess, kayong mag-asawa may pagkakataon pa para palakihin o pagandahin ang inyong buhay." Ryan Agoncillo also advised Incess to fulfill her own dreams for her family. "Tsaka bata pa si Ace, wag nating ipasa sa kanya yung responsibilidad," Maine added, relating "Marami ka pang magagawa, kayo ni mister."
