Pagadian's most wantedarrested in Bukidnon

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Authorities arrested a driver tagged as Pagadian City’s most wanted during a law enforcement operation in Barangay Bacusanon, Pangantucan, Bukidnon on Tuesday, Feb. 28.

Major Shellamie Chang, Police Regional Office-9 Information Officer, identified the suspect as Rudy Armada Maghinay, 42, a resident of Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur.

Maghinay is facing charges for four counts of statutory rape based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Pagadian City.

The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty.

Maghinay was placed under the custody of the Pangantucan Municipal Police prior to his turnover to Pagadian City.
