P1-M shabu seized in Bacolod in January

BACOLOD CITY – Police here seized suspected shabu weighing 147.0788 and valued at P1,000,135.84 from Jan. 1 to 31.

Thirty-seven drug personalities – a high-value individual (HVI), two newly-identified individuals, and 34 street-level individuals (SLI) – were arrested in 35 operations.

Forty-three cases were filed in court against them for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Seventeen Most Wanted Persons (MWP) and 47 Other Wanted Persons were apprehended in 64 police operations.

Sixty persons were arrested for illegal gambling in 17 operations. Seventeen cases were filed in court against them.
