Most of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy weather due to the prevalence of the easterlies, or warm winds, coming from the Pacific Ocean, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday, Feb. 7.
PAGASA said isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may also affect several parts of the country.
It warned against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” may continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather with light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
Moreover, no gale warning is currently raised over any of the country’s seaboards, as the sea will be moderate to rough over the eastern section of the Philippines and light to moderate over the rest of the country..
Small boats and other sea vessels are safe to sail.
