Many of Angelica Panganiban's colleagues in showbiz were present at the baptism of Amila Sabine, her daughter with partner Gregg Homan.

Among them is actress Glaiza de Castro, who was accompanied by husband David Rainey.

On Instagram, Angelica's best friend shared her experience at the event.

"Feeling ko grand reunion homecoming tapos yung mga kaklase mo may bitbit ng mga cute na bata," she said.

"Ang saya ma witness ng bagong chapter nato ng buhay mo @iamangelicap, aantayin ko yung bagong rules na magagawa mo as a mom. Congrats sa inyo ni @gregg_homan jan! Welcome sa masaya at magulong mundo Amila, pero andito kaming mga ninong at ninang mo para alalayan ka. Kahit pa minsan hindi umaabot sa oras, pero darating para samahan ka. Mahal ka namin. Happy #BeanYag."

Angelica's other BFF, actor-director John Prats, was also present along with his wife, actress Isabel Oli.

And on social media, he expressed happiness for Angelica.

"Yahoo!!! May inaanak na ako sayo Pets @iamangelicap. Pasensya na at hindi ka muna importante ngayon. Si bean talaga ang nag pa excite sakin. Congratulations @gregg_homan and @iamangelicap. Forever nandito ang Pamilya ko para sa inyo! Love you guys!"

Veteran actress Judy Ann Santos echoed the same thing.

She also welcomed Angelica to "mommy duties."

"Welcome to mommy duties my love. dito lang ako lagi alam mo naman yan," she wrote along with a photo of them together.

On the other hand, Star Magic head Lauren Dyogi, sent good words to the couple.

He shared: "Parang kelan lang si Angelica pa ang baby namin sa set ng AngTV and my only horror movie, “Magandang Hatinggabi”. Ngayon Ninong na ako sa unang baby nya na si Amila Sabine. Thank you Angel and Gregg for this honor of being godfather to your first born. Nakapagandang bata."

"Happy to see both of you beaming with so much joy and pride at the christening of your baby," he added.

Meanwhile, Kim Chiu related online how she had never been this "extra happy" for her "Beki" bestie.

"Seeing your photos and habang ineedit ko tong reels na to! Mapapasabi ka nalang talaga na, iba mag bigay ng regalo si God. Mabuti kang tao moms and deserve mo lahat ng meron ka ngayon. Endless happiness and exciting motherhood and wifey duties awaits you momsy!!! Love you so much!!! PS sobrang nag enjoy kami sa party nila momsy @bela and direk @andoyr1973 mama @yescppicache Halata ba sa picture? Inavail namin lahat! hahahha best binyag ever!!!!"

Kim later revealed how it's rare for her to attend a baptism.

Actors Bela Padilla, Cherry Pie Picache, Anne Curtis, Ketchup Eusebio, and film director Andoy Ranay were also present at the event, which coincided with the anniversary of Angelica and Gregg finding out about their pregnancy.

September last year when the 36-year-old star gave birth to her first child.

The following month, Angelica and Gregg announced their engagement.
