Farmer wanted for murder falls in Zamboanga del Sur

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Police arrested a 44-year-old farmer tagged as the National Capital Region’s most wanted person in the municipality of Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur province on Saturday, Feb. 4.

Major Shellamie Chang, Police Regional Office 9 spokesperson, identified the suspect as Pasig City resident Rene Adrales Sinlad.

Sinlad was arrested for murder based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region last November. The court recommended no bail for the suspect.

He is under the custody of the Ramon Magsaysay Municipal Police Station prior to turnover to the National Capital Region Police Office for disposition.
