The remains of slain overseas Filipino worker (OFW), Jullebee Ranara, was brought to her final resting at Golden Haven Memorial Park in C5 Extension, Las Piñas City on Sunday, Feb. 5.
Col. Jaime Santos, city police chief, said 20 policemen were deployed to ensure peace and order during the interment.
Santos said that aside from the 20 policemen, members of the local traffic were also deployed to assist in the traffic while some policemen were also placed on duty inside the cemetery.
Ranara was reportedly killed by the 17-year-old son of her employer in Kuwait.
Reports showed that Ranara was raped and impregnated by the suspect.
The burnt body of Ranara was found on the road side in Kuwait.
The slain OFW, an avid Tiktok user, was still able to post her last video on Jan. 20 before she was reported missing and confirmed dead on Jan. 22
