Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna led the laying of wreath at the Freedom Triangle of Manila City Hall and was joined by tourism officers in the NCR.
San Miguel said Las Piñas is committed to preserving historical values and culture in the city.
He said the city government preserves places of interest with historical and cultural values and promotes cultural sites to local and foreign tourists.
