Heartbreak: Sorsogon solon shares tragic story of Justin Bilazon

And just like that, a family from Sorsogon lost its 10-year-old boy.

Sorsogon 2nd district Rep. Wowo Fortes took to Facebook to share the tragic story of Justin Bilazon, who otherwise would have been another faceless statistic of the inclement weather in the region.

"Rest in Peace Justin Bilazon ," wrote Fortes, a congressman in the current 19th Congress.

"He was only ten (10) years old, who was tragically pulled down by the enormous current of the river brought about by the incessant rain the past weeks. It took the search and rescue team four (4) days to recover his remains.
