James Reid reiterates support for Liza Soberano

James Reid gave some encouraging words to Liza Soberano following controversy over her career revelations.

On Instagram, James' shared, "Proud and happy for you @lizasoberano I know it takes a lot of courage to go against the grain, to choose the harder path because that's what you believe in. Thank you for trusting us with your hopes and dreams."

Note that James is founder and owner of Careless, Liza's new management team.

In a vlog, Liza claimed to have found a "family" in Careless.

She described her past career trajectory as something that was decided for her with many others controlling her.

“I had always been told what to do, what to wear, what to say, and what not to say,” she said.

She didn't name names but it's no secret that she was with Ogie Diaz and ABS-CBN for years.
