
The Philippines reported 2,230 more cases of Covid-19 on Sunday, Sept. 11.
The Department of Health's (DOH) Covid-19 tracker showed that there were 25,684 active infections nationwide.
The regions with the most infections in the last two weeks were Metro Manila with 9,182 followed by Calabarzon with 3,854, Central Luzon with 2,385, Davao region with 1,327, and Western Visayas with 1,210.
Healthcare utilization rate remains at low risk at 26.4 percent bed occupancy, the DOH data showed.
A total of 20,948 hospital beds dedicated for Covid-19 patients are still vacant, while 7,508 are occupied.
The total number of recoveries jumped to 3,818,281 while the death toll increased to 62,304.
The country's running tally of confirmed Covid-19 cases stood at 3,906,269.
