"Wala kamo batasan Kristiyano. Bal-an niyo wala na bayo ang tawo sa babaw stage pero palakpakan kag sitsitan nyo pa (You lack Christian values. You know the persons on stage barely have clothes but you still clapped and whistled),” said Fr. Rogelio Palmos Jr., the administrator of Saint Isidore the Farmer Parish.

Palmos spent at least three minutes of his sermon during the Mass on Sunday, Feb. 26, expressing his dismay on the event.

"Wala pulos fiesta niyo, indi kamo dapat misahan (Your fiesta is nonsense. Your areas don’t deserve to have a Eucharistic celebration),” added Palmos.

The priest slammed organizers of the bikini open for allegedly allowing children to watch them.

Palmos did not specify these two barangays but Barangay Gines and Barangay Tuburan are celebrating their fiestas.
