Sacked Bureau of Corrections (Bucor) chief Gerardo Bantag is among the 160 persons-of-interest being investigated by the Philippine National Police (PNP) for possible complicity in the murder of broadcaster Percy Lapid.

A Korean Airlines plane overshot the runway at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) Sunday evening, Oct. 23, 2022. No one was hurt among the passengers and crew.
