Ivana Alawi seeks Raffy Tulfo's help relating estafa case against business partners

Ivana Alawi joined other complainants in getting Senator Raffy Tulfo's assistance relating a botched deal with a cosmetic manufacturer.

The sexy actress wants a refund of her 4.8 million peso-investment, revealing how the company failed to fulfill their agreement.

“Nagpa-formulate kami and hindi nila magawa yung formulation na exclusive sa amin and hindi rin naman pala nila kaya yung mga premium ingredients,” said Ivana via a “Raffy Tulfo In Action” episode that aired Feb. 21.

The 26-year-old actress continued: “We asked them last year pa na ibalik na lang yung pera kasi they cannot do what we want, hindi nila maibigay yung magandang formula, hindi rin nila maibigay na exclusive. So sabi ko, ‘We’re not going to work out.' So sabi ko 'I-refund na lang and okay na.' Kasi ako Sir Raffy, ayoko talaga ng mga issue issue o magkaso ng tao."

But she did file a case against the company finding out many other entrepreneurs have been complaining against them.

“Marami pala silang niloloko. Parang modus na pala nila ‘yan, to get money from people,” was how she put it.

"At hindi lang thousands, milyon ang halaga ng niloloko nila,” Ivana added.

“Na-file na po namin ng lawyer ko (yung kaso). Ang sa akin lang Sir Raffy, ang ayoko lang, ‘yung may maloloko pa sila.”

Recall that early this month when Ivana revealed having already filed a case against the company.

Around that time, she tweeted: "Dami talaga magnanakaw ngayon. Magingat kayo."
