Barbie Almalbis shares secret to success in music

Marking a milestone in her music career, Filipino alt-rock icon Barbie Almalbis continues to inspire others with her music for the younger generation of artists.Â

With 25 years in the music industry, it's no surprise that Barbie has achieved many awards and recognition for her contribution to the Pinoy music scene.Â

During her press conference at the Empty Stomach Bar in Taguig City on Feb. 22, Barbie opened up about her secret to having a successful career in the music industry.Â

"Honestly, I really couldn't have done it without my amazing team, the musicians I get to play with, and the producers that helped on this journey, parang hindi lang siya growing as an artist kasi I get to learn something from them. That's why I am grateful to have a relationship withÂ my collaborators and people who inspire me to make music," Barbie mentioned.Â
