Former House deputy secretary-general Brian Raymund Yamsuan is the new Bicol Saro Party-list representative in the current 19th Congress.

Yamsuan was sworn in to his new role during plenary session Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 22 by House Speaker and Leyte 1st district Rep. Martin Romualdez.
Minutes before this, Majority Leader and Zambonga City 2nd district Rep. Mannix Dalipe moved for the removal of erstwhile Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Nicolas Enciso VIII from the rolls of the House.
Dalipe said that the House leadership had received certification from Bicol Saro Party-list informing it of Enciso's "explusion" from the party-list, thus paving the way for the election of its new nominees.
Yamsuan was summoned inside the chamber afterward.
Bicol Saro Party-list won one seat in the House of Representatives during the May 2022 national elections.
Yamsuan previously served as deputy secretary-general of the House under then-Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano in the 18th Congress.
Yamsuan is also the secretary general of the National Unity Party (NUP), one of the country’s major political organizations.
He had served under three presidents and two senators in various capacities.
