Cong Migs shares how she survives busy Mondays

Rainy days and Mondays can be too much stress for some people.

Luckily, Puwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA) Rep. Migs Nograles has found a way to regain a bit of energy as she burns through paperwork during the busiest day of the week.

"Taking naps in between work para ma regain lang ang energy (Taking naps in between work in order to regain some energy) Kailangan natin mag rest every once in a while dahil our work can be very overwhelming and tiring (We need to rest every once in a while because our work can be very overwhelming and tiring)," the neophyte solon wrote on Facebook Monday, Feb. 20.

Of course, these power naps should only be done "during breaktime or any time when it is allowed", Nograles said.

"Claim natin na productive tayo Monday and the rest of the week! Amping kanunay! (Let's claim to be productive on Monday and the rest of the week! Take care always!)" added the daughter of the late former House Speaker Prospero Nograles.

Nograles is an assistant majority leader in the House of Representatives.
