BLACKPINK's Jisoo filming music video for solo debut

K-pop group BLACKPINK member Jisoo is preparing for her solo debut and has started filming her music video.

This was announced by YG Entertainment on Feb. 21 to give an update to fans about Jisoo’s solo project.

Last January, YG Entertainment said, “Jisoo is currently recording her solo album.” She will be the last member of BLACKPINK to make a solo debut following Jennie, Rosé and Lisa.

In the latest update, the agency said it invested the biggest amount on production cost on Jisoo’s music video.

"The music video for Jisoo's solo song is being filmed in an overseas location in strict secrecy. You can look forward to it as we invested the largest production cost among all BLACKPINK videos,” said YG Entertainment, Korean media reported.

BLACKPINK members are currently on their “Born Pink” world tour. In the Philippines, BLACKPINK will hold the concert on March 25 and 26 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
