ILOILO CITY – All six police stations here have new commanders after Col. Joeresty Coronica, director of the Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO), implemented a reshuffle.

Coronica said Thursday, Feb. 2, that the time has come to conduct a revamp since most of the previous station commanders have already been in their posts for more than two years.
He reiterated to the new police commanders to strengthen the anti-criminality campaign in their respective districts, particularly beefing up police patrol and boosting anti-drug operations.
Capt. Marvin Larano is the new station commander for the City Proper Police Station. He replaced Major Shella Mae Sangrines who was appointed as full-time public information officer of the ICPO.
Major Jonna Aguil took over the La Paz Police Station and replaced Major Val Labudlan, who became the new deputy chief of the ICPO-City Intelligence Unit.
Capt. Lester Oliveros is the new station commander of the Jaro Police Station and replaced Major Eduardo Siacon Jr. who was assigned as the deputy force commander of the ICPO Mobile Force Company.
Capt. Benjie Dicen takes over the Molo Police Station and replaced Major Marlyn Roquero who was tasked to head the Women’s and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD).
Capt. Resty Labastida is the new chief of the Arevalo Police Station and replaced Major Chen Tanagras. Col. Albert Sy is the new commander of the Mandurriao Police Station.
