Water service interruptions to hit Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong on Feb. 20-22
Some areas in the cities of Pasig, San Juan, and Mandaluyong will experience water service interruptions from Feb. 20 to 22, due to scheduled line meter and strainer declogging operations in select parts of the cities.
Manila Water released the advisory for maintenance activities on Saturday, Feb. 18.
The following areas will have water interruptions from 10 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 20, to 4 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21:
- Parts of Barangays Barangka Drive, Hulo, and Plainview in Mandaluyong City
- Parts of Barangay Little Baguio in San Juan City, namely Gen. Mascardo, Gen. Vicente Lim, Gen. Segundo, Gen. De Jesus, Col. M. Ver, Alvir, J. Abad Santos, Maclang, J. De Mesa, Gen. Juan Gutierrez, M.A. Reyes, F. Calderon, Barasoain, Biak na Bato, V. Ibanez, Lopez Jaena, E. Jacinto.
From 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, the affected areas include:
- Portions of Barangays Rosario and Manggahan (Lifehomes, Dona Juliana, Ciudad Grande, Ortigas, Flexi Homes, St. Joseph Foundation, Osmena) in Pasig City
- Portions of Barangays Hagdang Bato Itaas, Burol, Poblacion, Hagdang Bato Libis, and Pag-asa in Mandaluyong City
The water concessionaire also advised residents to collect an adequate supply of water prior to the scheduled service disruptions.
