Andi Eigenmann on her wellness journey: 'Healthy self is all about balance'

Actress and mom of three Andi Eigenmann took her time on Instagram to share the vital lesson of getting healthy and fit.

The actress wrote, "Enjoying the journey towards wellness, keeping in mind that a healthy self is all about balance.âš–ï¸ I'm happy to make it a duty to care for my body because as I grow older, I've found that when I take good care of my physical health (inside and out), it spills over into other aspects of my being that are, in hindsight, more of a priority to me.?"

For the past few years, and being a mother to three kids, the actress has been criticized for sudden body changes after being away from showbiz to permanently residing in Siargao with his fiancee, professional surfer Philmar Apayo.

The photo shows her fit body, which stunned a lot of netizens, including several local artists like Anne Curtis, Sue Ramirez, Janine Gutierrez, Bea Alonzo, and Rica Peralejo.

At the end of her caption, Andi hopes to inspire others towards a healthier lifestyle.

"A good TIP to begin: keep a good mindset and lay- out your priorities to allow yourself to stay in this for the long run. Jumping into things can often lead to exhaustion early on.Hope you will be inspired to join me in this too!?"
