2 brothers with rape case nabbed in Pasay City

Members of the Pasay City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) arrested two brothers who are facing rape charges in a follow-up operation on Friday, Feb. 17.

Col. Froilan Uy, city police chief, identified the suspects Leo,19, and alias Ben, 17, listed as Top 9 and Top 10 wanted persons in the police gallery for the month of February.

Uy said the suspects were arrested around 12:20 in Malibay Barangay 164, Pasay City.

He said Judge Jehan Batua-Sampao-Hassiman of Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 11 ordered the arrest of the suspects on Nov. 23, 2022.

The city police chief said both suspects are facing sexual assault charges with a recommended bail of P200,000 each.
