NPA amazon in Central Luzon surrenders

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – A New People’s Army amazon surrendered to the police in Central Luzon over the weekend.

Police identified the surrenderer as alias “Rona,” 50, of Abucay, Bataan.

Rona turned over one caliber .38 revolver, one rifle grenade, high explosive, and explosive materials consisting of a time fuse and detonating cord.

Also surrendering was alias “Bal,” 70, a former underground mass organization member, of San Marcelino, Zambales.

The Zambales Provincial Mobile Force Company facilitated the voluntary surrender of Bal while Rona was received at the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company in Bataan.
