Caloocan LGU inaugurates 3 covered courts

The local government of Caloocan City inaugurated three covered courts in Barangay 176 in the city on Friday, Feb. 10.

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan led the inauguration of Molave Covered Court, Grema Covered Court and Phase 7-Bigasan Covered Court which were built to host various activities or programs of the residents.

“Ang patuloy nating pagbubukas ng mga imprastraktura ay bahagi ng ating pagnanais na paunlarin ang ating mga pampublikong pasilidad (Our continued opening of infrastructures is part of our desire to improve our public facilities)," Malapitan said.

“Magagamit itong mga bagong court ng ating mga kababayan sa larangan ng pampalakasan pati na rin sa pagdaraos ng mga programa ng pamahalaan (These new courts will be used by our people in the field of sports as well as in holding programs of the governrment),” he added.

Present during the inauguration were Caloocan City District 1 Representative Oca Malapitan, Councilor Leah Bacolod, and Barangay 176 Chairman Joel Bacolod.
