LS Zobel takes Middle School title, Homeschool wins Lower School crown

Zobel collected 519 points as it bested Ateneo de Manila Team 1 with 514 points, while Ateneo Team 2 placed third with 500 points. Saint Pedro Poveda School was fourth overall with 442 points, while Xavier School Team 1 finished at fifth with 395 points.

Woodrose Paref took the team title in the Middle School Developmental class, while Homeschool Global captured the crown in the Lower School Championship of this event organized by the JGFP.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Gaisano Gan of Immaculate Conception Academy was dominant in the Lower School individual competition for Girls 6-under with 172 points. Tyly Bernardino of Poveda (130) and Aleinna Rose Villanueva of Assumption (74) placed second and third, respectively.

Woodrose garnered a total of 376 points, beating British School Manila and Zobel, which had 318 and 302 points, respectively. Everest Team 1 finished fourth (290) and International School Manila fifth (273).

Homeschool had 409 points to edge Xavier Team 1 (341), ICA (337), Zobel (274) and Assumption College (273) as the top five finishers in the Lower School division.

Kenzo Tan of Xavier copped the Boys 6-Under (182) ahead of Cole Galvez of Uno High School (137) and Aiden Pizarro of Zobel (132); Kamila del Mundo of Homeschool won the Girls 7-8 with 216, besting Venus Delos Santos of Coral na Bato Elementary School (202) and Athena Winter Serapio of ICA (166).

The Boys 7-8 crown went to Halo Pangilinan of Homeschool (178) with Zoji Tyro Edoc of Gracewood Academy (175) and Sooren Lee of Noblesse International School (166) as second and third; while the Girls 9-above title went to Maria Brianna Macasaet of Assumption (203) over Cameryn Yu of ICA (95) and Julia Mendoza of Assumption (29).

Middle School Girls Championship winners were Quincy Pilac of Assumption (210), Margaux Namoco of Assumption (177), Aerin Chan of Poveda (172), Cailey Chanelle Gonzales of Zobel (172) and Alexandra Kay Mauricio of Assumption (167).

Keira Que of Everest School had 179 to win the Middle School Girls Developmental, ahead of Makayla Adriana Verano of Woodrose (161), Wendy Dong of ISM (114), Shantelle Gabrielle Marie Amigo Laurel of Woodrose (114) and Rose Madison Reyes of Woodrose (101).

In Middle School Boys Championship, Race Phoenix Manhit of Ateneo bested his teammate John Majgen Luis Gomez via count back after tying at 187 points each, while Jacob Gomez of Zobel (183), Jose Luis Espinosa of Ateneo (179) and Javier Stefano Bautista of Ateneo (174) finished in the top five.

Dia Lorenzo Juane of Zobel topped the Developmental division with 139 points with Travis Colin Chua of ISM (124), Angelo Victor Mapua of ISM (121), Nathan Yeung of Paref Southridge (119) and Sean Ng of BSM (110) in the top finishers.
